　　P档：驻车锁止位置。变速杆移入该位置时驱动轮被机械锁止。汽车停稳后方可将变速杆移入该位置。

　　R档：倒车位置。倒车时将变速杆移入该位置。汽车完全停稳后方可将变速杆移入该位置。

　　N档：空挡位置。变速杆移入该位置时变速箱不啮合任何档位。变速杆移入该位置后无动力传递到车轮，并且不能利用发动机的制动功能。

　　D档：行驶位置（常规换挡程序）。变速杆移入该位置时变速箱在发动机转速范围内自动加减档，换档点取决于发动机负荷、驾驶员的驾驶方式及车速。

　　P position: Parking lock position. The drive wheels are mechanically locked when the gear lever is moved into this position. Move the gear lever into this position only after the vehicle has come to a standstill.

　　R gear: reverse position. Move the gear lever into this position when reversing. Move the gear lever into this position only after the vehicle has come to a complete stop.

　　N gear: neutral position. The transmission does not engage any gears when the shift lever is moved into this position. When the gear lever is moved into this position, no power is transmitted to the wheels, and the engines braking function cannot be utilized.

　　D gear: driving position (regular shift sequence). When the shift lever is moved into this position, the transmission automatically shifts up and down within the engine speed range, with shift points depending on engine load, the drivers driving style and vehicle speed.

　　S gear: driving position (sport gear program). When the shift lever is moved into this position, the transmission automatically shifts up and down within the engine speed range higher than D, making full use of the engines power. Shift points depend on engine load, driver driving style and vehicle speed.
