大闸蟹4只
辅料:
油1勺,盐1小勺,生抽2勺,料酒1勺,大蒜1头,生姜1块,香醋1勺,白糖1小勺,淀粉3勺
做法:
1.大闸蟹用刷子刷洗干净,处理好所有的大闸蟹。
2.生姜大蒜切丝,碗中放入淀粉
3.在大闸蟹的切面上沾上淀粉
4.白糖、醋、料酒、生抽、盐、少许淀粉、水混合均匀成碗汁。
5.锅中放入油烧热。
6.将沾有淀粉的一面朝下放入锅中略煎。
7.等蟹黄凝固后炒至蟹变色捞出。
8.锅中留底油,姜蒜放进去炒香。
9.加入一勺香辣酱炒香,把蟹块儿放进去炒匀。
