      食品质量安全标志使用条件:

      依据相关法规,食品生产加工企业在食品外包装上加贴QS标志必须具备三个要件:

      1、属于国家质检总局按照规定程序公布的实行食品质量安全市场准入制度的食品;

      2、从事该食品生产的企业已经取得《食品生产许可证》并在有效期内;

      3、出厂的食品经检验合格。

      

    质量安全标志的食品有哪些

     

      1、粮食加工品、食用油油脂及其制品、调味品、肉制品、乳制品、饮料、方便食品、饼干、罐头、冷冻饮品、速冻食品、膨化食品、糖果制品、茶叶及其制品、酒类、蔬菜制品、水果制品、炒货食品及坚果制品、蛋制品、可可及焙烤咖啡产品、食糖、水产制品、淀粉及淀粉制品、糕点、豆制品、蜂产品、特殊膳食食品等28大类525种食品有安全标志。

      2、QS”标志既是食品生产许可证标志,又是食品质量安全市场准入标志,QS是质量安全的英文QualitySafety的缩写,QS标志主色调为蓝色,字母“Q”与“质量安全”4个中文字样为蓝色,字母“S”为白色。

      1. It is a qualified product that shows that the product is produced in accordance with the relevant national quality standards in production and has undergone strict field inspection.

      2. It indicates the level of product quality, which is the quality reputation mark of the physical product. The QS mark is attached to the outer packaging of the product, which means the express guarantee made by the production and processing enterprise for the products produced.

      3. The enterprise expressly states that this product meets the basic requirements of food quality and safety.

      Conditions of use of food quality and safety signs:

      According to relevant regulations, food production and processing enterprises must have three requirements for affixing the QS mark on the outer packaging of food:

      1. Foods that are subject to the market access system for food quality and safety announced by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in accordance with prescribed procedures;

      2. The enterprise engaged in the food production has obtained the Food Production License and is within the validity period;

      3. The food that leaves the factory has passed the inspection.
